Ingredients of Thai Raw Papaya Salad

  1. You need 1 of small raw papaya.
  2. You need 6-7 of cherry tomatoes.
  3. It's few of Basil leaves.
  4. Prepare 2 of green chillies.
  5. You need 1 tsp of sesame oil.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of light soya sauce.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  8. You need 2 tbsp of fine sugar.
  9. It's 3 tbsp of roasted and crushed peanuts/walnuts.
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of black sesame seeds.

Thai Raw Papaya Salad instructions

  1. Peel and grate raw papaya in medium or thick side of grater. Cut the tomatoes into halves..
  2. Take 1tsp of sesame oil in a skillet and add raw papaya. Cook till slightly dry(1-2min).
  3. Cool. Add tomatoes and chopped green chillies..
  4. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, soya sauce, black sesame seeds and toss well..
  5. Tear basil leaves and toss well. Serve topped with roasted peanuts/ walnuts..
